Andrée Faucher

“I’m thrilled to be part of this dynamic and creative group of non-profit experts because it allows me to contribute my expertise on a very human level, as part of a team, to bring to scale projects for organizations that are making a real difference”.

Equal parts dreamer, athlete, artist, and professional, Andrée brings enthusiasm and a zest for life to every project, and believes that when it comes to work having fun is a must. Add to this her organized and thorough approach, knack for critical thinking, and razor sharp focus and Andrée has a winning combination that motivates and mobilizes those around her to achieve their goals.

She brings with her a strong network from both the corporate and non-profit worlds, with an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of fundraising including major gifts campaigns. Andrée is as at ease with project management as she is with creating action plans and performing strategic analysis. Thanks to an arsenal of tools, methods and skills developed over a long career, she is fully equipped to help any organization meet and surpass its goals.

Andrée’s career started in arts and culture where she worked first as a journalist and communications agent in theater, and then as corporate events manager for a large agency.

Since 1994 she has held positions within numerous non-profit organizations across a wide variety of sectors including health, education, culture, and international development, with mandates at the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Fondation du Collège Ahuntsic, I Musici de Montréal, Cystic Fibrosis Quebec, Fondation du Collège Notre-Dame, CHUM Foundation, and SUCO.
