Dorothy is an astute development consultant with solid work experience in major gifts, annual giving campaigns, and donor relations. Her sparkling communications skills allow her to shine as a committed professional who is strongly focused on humanitarian and social issues. She came to Phil looking for others that have the same drive and dedication to make a tangible impact on society.

This bilingual dynamo uses her excellent interpersonal skills to easily convey the goals and realities of organizations through effective proposal writing. She uses her analytical and decision-making skills to develop strategic plans that give people the tools they need to create a better world.

Her valuable experience in the not-for-profit sector with the Foundation of Greater Montreal, Tyndale St-Georges, and Dans la rue defined Dorothy’s career focus – she wants to help those who are making a difference in our community.

She knows the crucial role volunteers have in making organizations thrive which is why she has given her time to Habitat for Humanity and the Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal.

Dorothy stays focused and maintains a healthy work-life balance by practicing yoga, and taking long walks with her dog, Samwise.
