Linda W. LeMoyne

“I am passionate about helping non-profits find innovative and tangible approaches that allow them to shine. I always find it rewarding when an organization embraces what it has learnt, to thrive independently and ultimately deliver on its mission”.

Thoughtful, innovative, and pragmatic, Linda is an expert in helping her clients develop strategies that last. She has over two decades of success bolstering organizations’ fundraising toolbox so that they can achieve their goals, year after year. Fundraising plans, special events, recruitment and training of key organisation leaders, and securing major gifts are the tip of the iceberg when it comes to her contributions towards clients’ fundraising. She listens closely to what the clients want and walks with them until they feel confident to execute their learning autonomously.

Linda’s expertise is adaptable to a wide array of organisation sizes, goals, and unique concerns. She collaborates effectively with Boards of Directors, Campaign Leaders, Executive Management, and grass-root volunteers to further organizational progress. Her extensive projects and diverse past experience grant her the ability to anticipate clients’ needs and possible roadblocks to fundraising before issues arise. She has been involved in fundraising campaigns with goals from $10,000 to $2.5 Million.

Throughout her career, Linda has worked with the Batshaw Centres Foundation, The Montreal Fluency Centre, Akiva School, The Greene Avenue Community Centre, The Study School Foundation, The ECS Foundation, The Sacred Heart School Foundation, The St. Georges School of Montreal Foundation, The Montreal General Hospital Foundation, The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, The Old Brewery Mission, and Le Bon Dieu Dans la Rue.

As a member of Phil’s team, Linda also reflects our commitment to serving the community in her volunteer work. Linda was also involved – as a volunteer – in fundraising activities for the “The Bell Fund” of the Cedar Cancer Centre, the Inauguration Planning Committee of the MUHC – Walk for Montreal, Villa Maria Mothers’ Guild, and C.A.R.E. Organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a graduate of the School of Community and Public Affairs of Concordia University. She has recently completed several social media marketing courses to complement her extensive work experience.
