Founded in 2000, as the Réseau québécois du crédit communautaire, MicroEntreprendre is a unique tool in economic development and the fight against poverty. Its member organisations operating in 12 regions across Quebec are experts in microlending in the province. MicroEntreprendre is a driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship support, and contributes to the development of economical and social wellbeing in Quebec.
How we helped
Phil was mandated to develop a communication plan for MicroEntreprendre and its members. The challenge was far reaching as the sector is in full-change mode, but Phil worked closely with MicroEntreprendre’s leadership team to define its future communications strategies. Phil was also mandated to consult on the network’s new brand name and logo to better define the organisation’s vision.
