How we helped
Phil created an awareness campaign called “La parité en physique” to help raise the number of female university applicants to physics programs. The campaign is geared towards francophone CEGEP teachers who can help raise the profile of women in physics and encourage students to pursue a career in that field. We created the brand, the microsite, the Facebook page and contribute to the community management of the page. We’ve also done the copy writing for letters to partnering universities and a monthly electronic newsletter. The hopes, with further funding, is to extend the campaign into English CEGEPs and eventually to high schools across the province.
